She took so much time explaining the birth process in a way that felt empowering instead of overwhelming, and she really helped us understand what to expect every step of the way. We signed up for the partner birth session and we really enjoyed the personal experience in our home and felt like it was a great length and hit on the key points of preparing us for labor myself and my support person and was tailored to our personal needs. I’ve done Florida Birth Movement’s group prenatal sessions, the partner birth prep session, and now take my little one to Tiny Dancers classes - and I highly recommend each one! The birth movement classes were intimate, empowering, and helped me learn ways to move my body that were beneficial to pregnancy and the delivery process.
