This was by far the worst real estate transaction of my life and I have been involved in many of them. I gave one star only because I couldn't give a negative 5 star or I would have. The experience that I had with this firm can only be described as a horror film of real estate. The agent that I dealt with was Margaret Krichevets (Margo) and the broker is Marat (Mark) Zitsbank. They call themselves a qualified agency, but I am not sure how that is possible. On two occasions they submitted a contract for me as a cash due at cl... read more
