Even though today was a bit out the ordinary for her, Adair did an excellent job making me feel at ease, and in good hands with no hint of anything but a normal, regular day for her. I knew my hearing has diminished. It was good for me to know how much, and have a baseline. I had 2 friends with me for support. The warm friendly greeting from Adair was cemented in all our memories with the smell of the fresh baked cookies we all got to sample when we left!
