The receptionist, Theresa, always remembers me when I walk in the door for my infrequent visits and greets me warmly. The new hearing aid specialist, DJ Mitchell, is friendly, easy-going, professional and a good listener. He made one small adjustment to the caps on one of my aids that has made a big difference in my damaged left ear. Thank you for sharing your expertise!
