Went in with a few issues with my hearing aids that are at least five years old. Marla took the time to explain things to me and helped me before I decide to get new hearing aids. Carol was so helpful in getting my appointment scheduled around my calendar. Great professional staff
I purchased a pair of Phonak hearing aids a year ago from the Winter Haven office and am very pleased with them. During all of my cleaning and adjustment follow-up visits, I've always found Marla and Carol to be professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend these folks if you need help with your hearing.
