I had an insurance claim to replace a 2019 Jeep Cherokee window. it was replaced at my work Friday, May 3, 2024. Danger to the motoring public - cutting off semi trucks and switching lanes erratically without using a turn signal all because some bozo is hogging the left lane. Hopefully they do better work than they do drive.
(I'm late writing this review !) I tee'd up my insurance claim and within 15 minutes, these guys phoned me to say they had my request and scheduled my repair. Justin arrived on time, did a great job explaining what was going on. I'm pretty chatty and super OCD about my car, so I had a lot of questions. When the new windshield was placed one (of 8) of the clips that held the trim pieces broke.
