Everyone is friendly at the location. However, don't expect to talk to anyone on the phone. I received a bill in the mail and called to ask where to send payment because there was no address listed to send it to. I had to leave a message that was never returned. This has been several months ago. Today I called and get an error message saying the subscriber I have reached is unavailable...maybe their phone is disconnected now? I'm not sure. The sleep study side of the experience was good. Great staff, easy scheduling and results sent to my doctor in a timely manner. The equipment side of the business has been a complete nightmare. The process is broken terribly regarding the equipment rental side of the business. I was able to get my machine and shown how to use. But as soon as you walk out; you’re done. PERIOD! Any calls to any listed phone numbers either go unanswered, their voice mail boxes are full or no return calls from messages. Nobody wants to take resp... read more

Absolute amazing service. I have done several studies at other locations and this is by far the most comfortable and helpful experience. Everyone was so pleasant to work with, thank you very much .
