This is for Larry W. I was pre-warned ahead of time about this call. Larry's wife must have been having a very bad day because upon answering the door she was in a tyrannical mood. She was rambling on about something that did not pertain to air conditioning. I tried to talk to her about what the problem was with her AC and she started yelling and screaming she was on the phone with her husband. I got out of there as fast as I could. I cannot say enough good things about this company, locally owned and operated. Mark, the owner really knows his stuff and has been in the business for 30ish years. I was on the receiving end of a random act of kindness from Mark. He's a very kind hearted man. He replaced my ac unit 4 years ago and I use them for maintenance too. I highly recommend them!

I'm renting a home in Fort Pierce, my landlord had this company come by to check the AC system. The return lines from the air handler to the condenser are dripping condensation and causing damage to an interior ceiling. I was at work when he showed up and he talked to my wife like a child. I was on the phone with her at the time and couldn’t believe how he was talking to her.
