I cannot say enough good things about this company, locally owned and operated. Mark, the owner really knows his stuff and has been in the business for 30ish years. I was on the receiving end of a random act of kindness from Mark. He's a very kind hearted man. He replaced my ac unit 4 years ago and I use them for maintenance too. I highly recommend them!

I'm renting a home in Fort Pierce, my landlord had this company come by to check the AC system. The return lines from the air handler to the condenser are dripping condensation and causing damage to an interior ceiling. I was at work when he showed up and he talked to my wife like a child. I was on the phone with her at the time and couldn’t believe how he was talking to her. I have been a customer of Florida Air Conditioning and Heat for about 8 years and have found them to be very knowledgeable, dependable and professional. They are not a high pressure service, and Mark gives you the information needed to make informed choices and decisions. As a single person, I have come to appreciate and feel very comfortable asking questions, and he always takes the time to explain in plain language.
