She uses the money she receives from the tenants to fund her own lifestyle instead of paying us owners in a timely manner. Imagine having to hound someone you're PAYING TO WORK FOR YOU about your money!!!!Tenants pay her on the 1st and at times we go unpaid until we track her down and ask her what is going on with the rent, she always has some grand excuse like shes on vacation, shes working her other job or getting her hair done, j... read more
