There installation manuals are awful we had two of the tempered glass pieces shatter in our hands there is no warranty on glass at all only the gasket seal if you have double pane so the only thing they warranty is the frame and the paint and rubber seals. Sales dept knows absolutely nothing about installation nor have they ever installed a unit so how do you sell something you have never seen built unless its there 1986 video lol.
