I was really impressed with this service company. The selection behind the deli counter is excellent, with plenty of fresh options, and the grill meals are beyond reasonably priced. The food feels just like what you’d expect from a classic Long Island deli—legitimately satisfying. Their snack selection also has something for everybody. I recently attended a wedding catered by Florian Food Service Inc. in Bohemia and was blown away by the quality and service. The evening started with beautifully presented hors d’oeuvres that were passed around by the staff—everything was delicious and came out fresh and plentiful. Florian Foods Catering did the food for my wedding, and received high praise from all; everything was delicious. I was especially impressed with Anthony Florian’s willingness to work with a custom A La Carte menu, and consider our special request to use butter for frying instead of seed oils. The meat was grass-fed and extremely tender, and they even provided a dairy-free menu last-minute upon learning about the dietary needs of one of the guests. 100% recommend!
