I’ve had a really positive experience with Jay. He is very attentive, always listening carefully to my concerns and making sure I feel comfortable during each session. Jay take the time to explain things clearly, so I understand what’s going on with my condition and how the treatment helps. I’ve also appreciated how well they teach the exercises, making sure I know how to do them properly and safely
