Alice did such an incredible job with all of our wedding flowers! She created the bouquets and florals for our entire bridal party and decorated our bridal table beautifully. From the beginning, she gave amazing recommendations and made the whole process stress-free. She kept telling us, ‘Don’t worry, I’ll make it beautiful,’ and she absolutely did. We received so many compliments throughout the night, and guests were constantly asking where we got our flowers from. We couldn’t have been happier!

Update a year later: I came back to them because my wife was going to be in Chicago again. They gave me a free upgrade. If I could give them more stars I would. Please use this company for your flowers!! FloretCo was WONDERFUL! I had another company cancel on me after an order had been in for 3 weeks. It was the day before delivery. FloretCo took my orders not just the day before delivery, but the afternoon about 3 pm, and delivered less than 24 hours later. Simply outstanding A+++ Service. I am so pleased that I chose FloretCo over the competitors. I shopped using reviews since I purchased out of state. Alice is just the best. She should be teaching customer service classes online! I was even able to see what was delivered to the funeral home. FloretCo even set a photo of the lovely peace lily in its setting at the funeral. Just cannot say enough. THANK YOU !!!!
