I would not recommend booking bridal flowers through this business. After not receiving the wedding flowers I had thought I thoroughly discussed and sent photos of my vision with Allison, I reached out after my wedding to discuss what went wrong as I felt she had underdelivered. In response, Allison has been defensive and not sympathetic. Allison was an absolute dream to work with! Every floral detail I had envisioned for our wedding came to life even more beautifully than I imagined. She executed everything with such care and creativity. From my bouquet to the ceremony and reception arrangements, everything was stunning and exactly what I imagined. Her work truly brought our vision to life. I can’t thank her enough and would recommend her to anyone looking for a florist who goes above and beyond!
Beautiful flowers, went there for Mother’s Day. The customer service on the other hand, was lacking. We walked in, the only customers in the store, and were spoken at with attitude and like our business wasn’t wanted. The lady working the counter, her tone was like we were bothering her, and she was very short when we asked questions about the available bouquets.
