Allison and her team are the coolest in town. To come in with half a Pinterest board, some colors and a vibe and have her take point with creativity, make sure we loved it, hold additional meetings and coordinate all drop off was a dream. Floret was the last vendor we had to worry about and so worth the money. Given how busy wedding seasons can be, she always responded promptly even to chaotic jumbles of emails and thoughts on my end. I was really looking forward to seeing their work. Ordered online through their website a wristlet corsage for my son to give to his girlfriend for their first homecoming dance. Was never called or emailed back about this order. Went to go get it today as I had put on the order and doors were locked. However, they did make up for it by delivering the corsage and refunding me fully. That was super sweet.
Absolutley the most gorgeous floral arrangements that I have ever seen for my son and daughter in law. The owner and personell who setup the wedding space were kind, friendly and created the space so beautifully. Thank you form the bottoms of our hearts.
I would not recommend booking bridal flowers through this business. After not receiving the wedding flowers I had thought I thoroughly discussed and sent photos of my vision with Allison, I reached out after my wedding to discuss what went wrong as I felt she had underdelivered. In response, Allison has been defensive and not sympathetic.
