Boy have things changed since the previous review. It's loud. Parties go until 2 AM It smells like trash all the time Poor cell phone service. Dropped calls constantly Construction going on within the community. Including weekends. Drive thru the community. Talk to the residents. Don't sign until you do.
It's loud. Parties go on until 2 AM. It smells like trash all the time. Cell phone service is horrible. Major construction going on within the community - including early morning weekend hours. I was awoken to workers ripping out my neighbor's bathtub at 7 am on a Saturday. Needless to say, the interior walls are super thin. Talk to residents before you sign anything.
