Fidel and his crew were very professional. He came over to look at a leak I had coming into my house and identified the issue. "Fixed the problem" and I paid him. Now the problem is worse then when I started and he wants me to pay more money for him to fix the same issue because there was a step he didn't do when he "fixed" the issue the first time. Haven't heard from him in months on how we are going to solve this.
