Called for a quote to get my radiator flushed. Only that. Told them make and model and year, and they said we have to see the engine and I need my thermostat changed and why do I want to do it. Just simply unprofessional. Already wanting to do additional service that wasn't requested.
This guy works on your vehicle without your consent. so he can take your money. they get the parts for cheaper price because they have an account with local parts dealers aka Oriles then turns around and charges you full price. When you can shop around and find for less. Over charges for a simple fix. If he would inform me of the issue and part b4 anything I would have let him be. this guy is as shady as they come Luckily my Mechanic is back in town
