At the end of the day, nice flowers are nice flowers....but I have never had worse customer service in my entire life. Completely unprofessional and condescending....as if one check up call on a late delivery was the biggest inconvenience....actually referred to a paying customer as "annoying". There are plenty of places that offer nice arrangements, take your business elsewhere. Maybe they will actually understand the concept of a happy customers leads to repeat business and referrals. But who needs that in today's economy.
