He Quit halfway through the job because he got upset that I asked him why he was dumping the contents of the floor sander bag on my front lawn. He was paid more than half to begin with and insisted on that amount! I feel like he did not intend to complete which is the reason he collected majority of monies up front. Don’t waste your time, very unprofessional and a ticking time bomb.
