Very disappointed with the office off of 151, first time I went to this office I signed in (mind you they had two windows for separate drs) waited for and hour before someone could call me up , I figured they were out to lunch and was confused as to why they didn’t just schedule me after the lunch break , finally I got called up just to tell me that I’m at the wrong office ( the text message they sent from the appointment sent me to this location . I have been satisfied with my visits in the past with Dr. Flores, but his office really drops the ball. I had been trying to get in since last Friday with bad ulcer pain, but always got a recording to leave a message. Phone tags like crazy. After a painful weekend, more recordings and phone tags. When I finally got a real person, no appointments available. I said I needed to see a doctor, so I’ll have to find another one. They said if I go elsewhere, I could never come back to their clinic. Takes the time to listen to all your concerns as he gives you his full attention.
Dr. Flores was very informative and explained things in a way that was neither confusing or left me questioning things. He maintained a positive attitude and was firm in explaining different scenario regarding my personal situation. In speaking with doctors in the past I was always left with the feeling that I was looked down upon. As an individual that rarely visits doctors, Dr. Flores made the overall experience pleasant and informative. Thank you Dr. Flores, you really made me feel comfortable. Well done Sir.
