I have had this office fill out my disability papers and send them in for me, I am on disability and have med-i-cal so my income is very limited. This is the 3rd time I have dropped off my disability papers to be filled out by the doctor/ Brenda NP and I have been harassed by Carmen and now Miguel trying to collect a $35.00 fee for this task, and I have not ever been charged for this, the previous 2 times that it has been done.
