Delivered dead rotting arrangement to elderly relative. Told her that she needed to bring in the arrangement which had been delivered to get new one. He then never asked for an order number or name before being rude and telling me to call Teleflora myself. Rude talking over customer and calling them rude.
Please spare yourself the distress and order somewhere else.
This small old flowers and broken and small bouquet was delivered to my BEST FRIEBDS place of work yesterday, not only was it NOT IN THE EXPEDITED DELIVERY WINDOW THEY SENT THE WRONG SIZE I PAID FOR THE BIGGER BOUQUET FOR HER BIRTHDAY! Customer service was terrible screaming at me! This place should be ashamed of them selves to even think that this was worth $70!!! I will be contacting BBB AND HITTING EVERY PLATFORM I CAN REACH! And calling the owner! This doesn’t even look like what I ordered!
Charged me for an order they were unwilling to fulfill after advertising it online. If you can not provide a service don’t take people’s money and tell me to go dispute it with my bank.
