Dang. I should have looked at the reviews. Paid an astronomical price for a typical grocery store looking bouquet. We expected gladiolus and got whatever these are.

Never order from Floreria! They are rude, inefficient, and deceitful. I placed an order on 09/10/26 for delivery on 09/12/26, so not a last minute order, through Teleflora. When the flowers hadn’t arrived by 4pm, I called and the automated system said they were out for delivery or were already delivered. I knew they hadn’t been delivered yet, so I thought they would be soon. I have just had a similar experience. Customer service was very rude, they wanted to pick up the old flowers at 7 pm at night from a new mom’s hospital room and the pictures online do not remotely match what was sent. I usually read reviews, and am very sad I did not this time. Below is the picture versus what was sent. My suggestion is people reach out to the BBB as the online advertising is clearly what is not being delivered.

Order flowers from here over the phone for our anniversary. I was told I could pick them up between 12:30 & 1. I showed up at 12:45, doors were locked and the lights were off. I waited until 1 and nobody ever showed up and the shop never opened.
