What I ordered and what the person received was completely different. I called the florist and he told me there was nothing he could do. I explained to him I ordered colorful roses with spring colorful flowers, and he delivered 3 pink roses with carnation filler. Looked like something for a funeral not a birthday. I would give this damn place NEGATIVE stars if I could. I received flowers at my new job from my fiance, and while I was very exstatic and thankful for the amazingly thoughtful gesture, i was beyond disappointed, and thats putting it Kindly! The picture is what he ordered and unfortunately the second photo is what i got. They are supposed to be delivering smiles and happiness but all they are delivering is false advertisement! Do not buy from this place. Their online images show very pretty flowers, however, what you get is completely different and looks terrible for the price you pay.
Order was placed for Feb 13th delivery to a business. It was not delivered on the 13th. Instead it was delivered but left outside sometime during weekend while office was closed. Only thing found on Monday morning was a broken vase with greenery and the card. Flowers gone. Now they don't answer the phone. I give them a zero stars but it won't let me post without adding 1 star.
