After I bought the building, I noticed that part of the roof was flat, and there were some issues with shingles coming loose. We have been working with Harold and Miguel for over 20 years, and they have always handled every roofing need we've had. They first put on our polyurethane roof after we had lots of problems with leaks from our old tar and gravel roof that had been there for decades.
