We are thrilled with our new roof! The team we worked with was fantastic throughout the whole process. We had some issues with our roof that needed to be fixed, and Elias was there for us every step of the way. He was always responsive and super helpful. I want to share my experience with Raymond and Elias, who came out to clean and clear my gutters of all the acorns left by woodpeckers. They reached out the day before our scheduled appointment and arrived right on time. The process took a few hours, during which they thoroughly cleaned the gutters and removed any debris from the ground. The roofing team did a fantastic job putting a new roof on my house. Harold was the agent who managed the contract and supervised the whole process. He was there when the insurance assessor visited and effectively explained the necessity for a new roof. A crew of workers came to my home and skillfully installed the new roof in just one day. Florentino Family Roofing & Remodeling replaced my PVC vent pipe boot a few years back. The price was fair, and the work was excellent, with no issues afterward. I reached out for an estimate on some repairs to the front fascia and the roof ridge. After making a few calls, I found that Ray's responded the quickest. They came out the very next day and took care of both the fascia and the roof ridge.
