This is a scam! They get vulnerable people in their store and shower them with compliments while slapping products on them. Then try to bully them in to purchasing ridiculously priced products ($800 for an eye cream) by making them them feel like they are getting a deal by gradually knocking off hundreds of dollars (after salesperson seemingly spoke to their “manager” half a dozen times). Giovanni was an absolute angel - extremely knowledgeable, professional, passionate and it was a pleasure to have a facial with him! The results after one session- are second to none, and I cannot wait to book again. 5 stars
