Went to this store with my mate and he picked up 3 pairs sunglasses, staff said they had warranty, glasses were faulty and they were very rude when we went back to return them. Wouldn’t give us a manager to talk to no email or number to contact them. Witnessed this with my own eyes would not recommend buying from there. Would give this 0 stars if i was able to

Easily the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I returned faulty sunglasses only 10 days after buying them, and the staff refused every request to speak with a manager or provide any contact details. I called over eight times in a month and got nowhere — just rude, dismissive behaviour every time. I’ve since lodged complaints with ACCC and Fair Trading. I strongly regret shopping here and wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone.

Dodgy if you ask me. I asked a team member if I can have a refund if I go home and my father didn’t like the gift. She said “yes”. Then when going to pay she advised only a 7 days exchange policy. They lost a sale even though I was 99% sure my father was going to like the sunglasses. I know the lady was being conniving with the way she tried to sell to me. Loved the sunglasses I got from there. Gave staff my email for a digital receipt. Never received the receipt. Glasses broke 4 months later. Had no way to refund/replace them due to no receipt. Pretty annoyed.

Absolutely loved this place for sunglasses! I visited today, and the lady working there was incredibly gentle, kind, and polite. Great quality for such affordable prices—highly recommend if you’re looking for stylish sunglasses!
