I have been coming here for YEARS and today was absolutely the last straw. I asked for a TRIM and they cut almost all of my hair off. I clearly said scissors only and they still used a trimmer. I asked for half an inch and only the split ends and they completely ignored everything I said. I spent over a year growing my hair out and now it is gone.
