Love the whole staff...Always a friendly atmosphere and so helpful...Dr Brown is the nicest and we always get a thorough eye exam...My whole family loves going there.. I recommend to all my coworkers all the time...and with eye med ...we get high quality designer glasses without breaking the bank...I highly recommend Dr Brown and staff
Best eye doctor in town!!
Doctor seemed thorough and is very nice. My kids (13m, 15f) liked him. Be prepared for an extended wait time. Waiting room is a harsh environment if you have sensory issues (lighting, TV, humming/background noise). Also, sign in the window "requiring masks" but isn't enforced. Will go back, but at least I'm prepared now knowing about the waiting room and wait times.
Courteous staff and the service was excellent. Waiting time was not long.
The only reason I am doing a review is because I am beyond dissatisfied, beyond displeased with my glasses. Over the course of two months, 6+ trips back and forth, having my glasses returned for correction 3x and paying nearly $300 I still have glasses I can not see through. Not blaming anyone person but someone DID NOT GET IT RIGHT! And I still have to go and buy another pair of glasses! Not a happy camper, SCBrewton
