The house location was amazing with close access to the ocean and beach. We enjoyed the time with our family in such an amazing beautiful home. A few of the unappealing things about the home were the poor choice of teflon frying pans, for all of the frying pans are in pretty bad shape. The downstairs bedding had either makeup or blood on the bottom sheet and none of the mini blinds within the lower level worked. The cream colored carpet was pretty stained. This Yachats beachfront home has amazing views and is in a cool little neighborhood. The little town center is 5 minutes away by car and has some nice seafood restaurants. The master bedroom is spacious and beautiful, the lower floor bedrooms are cramped but adequate. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes and coffeemaker.
The view at Rock Seaclusion absolutely blew me away the moment I walked in the door. The house was clean, comfortable, and instantly relaxing. The beds were great, and the hot tub with that vast ocean view was such a treat. I brought my dog, and it was wonderful having a private backyard feel along with convenient stairs down to the beach. Grandpa's Lake House is a wonderful place to go back in time and remember how important Family time truly is. If you want modern and lots of TVs, this isn't your place. Instead you'll find floor to ceiling windows that look out on a pristine lake, a kind of quiet that you can't find in the city, and plenty of room for gathering, games, food and laughter. Great place I was a little skeptical when i discovered the yard wasn't enclosed but the way it's set up it didn't matter. The location of this house was perfect for us, we walked most of the week we stayed there. I will definitely keep this house in mind for future visits
