If I could give negative stars for this joke of a “business” I would. The customer service is absolutely terrible and the “service” they’re providing is laughable.
This place is horrible. It's 2025 and they charge you 5 bucks to use your debit card in person after overcharging you per unit on utilities. This place is reprehensible and morally unacceptable. This place literally needs to be protested. They raised the deposits by 150 dollars IN THIS ECONOMY. These people are despicable. How is my utilities 500 dollars for a month I was out of town and the breaker was shut off? This doesn't make since. I was gone for the whole month!

3/13/25 Tried paying utilities today and website has multiple issues, the old website worked great the new is awful. If I could give it a 0 I would!! My mother was moving at end of month (31st) and request they be turned off on that day. On the 24th they cut off a week early an leave her in dark on Christmas evening and Christmas Day. This company needs sued it should be against the law to charge double at night when they no we need light to survive its robbery to us people who cant keep affording to live as it is then they pull this mess which should be ilegal charging at night double the rates like we really dont have a.
