We have weekly power flips and now they have the audacity to jack up the price on everyone. Rude, unprofessional, don't care, heartless, greedy.
All night long not one truck on the road leaving us with out power pretty much entire night not one vehicle at all doing anything at all
Customer service at Florence Utilities couldn’t be more rude. You’d think that after so many 1-star reviews and complaints there would be a change in attitude towards paying customers. You’d think wrong, though. Unfortunately I don’t have the choice of taking my business elsewhere, but I would if I could.
