Showed up on Friday morning to shut off power at my place of business. Had no paperwork to validate, just a phone number to make the payment. Came back at 2:30pm and said he had to cut it off. I asked for information to help resolve and he stated “not my job”. I’m surprised he has one. We honestly thought this was a scam due to the lack of professionalism. Seems to be a common theme in the reviews I have read.
If I could leave a 0 I would. Someone I know is oxygen dependent so we called to see what we could do get help get her lights turned on and the rude ladies that work there said the only thing thing that can be done is her light bill get paid. Like ok well if she could pay it obviously it would not be off. Being a doctors office to call and get a patient help only to be told that is awful. Do better cause there are people that need help and yall obviously could care less.
Over charging for electricity and also charging money to use a debit card is wild as all get out. This place should be protested.
