Apparently the deposit made YEARS ago (20+) wasn't the end of it. They voted to add another $150 "deposit" back in 2019 and never said anything about it - because. When money runs tight and you make a partial payment, then get you power shut off, they politely inform you that there is a "deposit" due before any further payment may be accepted. EXTORTION.
Awfull.they only care about charging people more and nothing else!!

I really appreciate sitting on hold for 10 mins to get on the phone with customer service and them hang up. These people are so outdated their system doesn’t send text or anything for you to pa bills when you work out of state it’s so unprofessional.
