I called at 4:50 today wondering why my trash wasn't picked up and the woman said hello and then hung up on.me. This is the Only time I have had such horrible service from Y'all.

Florence utilities is an absolute Joke.
Power goes out every time the wind blows, and our power lines are underground. Been that way for nearly 20 years. They won't fix it. Don't trim trees properly. I have a dozen UPS just the keep our basic electronics operating.
