Terrible place, rude and slow. They cut power off after bill was paid,this was at 11a.m. they didn't cut it back on until later at 7. It's just unacceptable and not professional. I called them twice with only run around crap then got told the guy did his route on his time, that's just the worst answer for a place providing essential services to the PUBLIC!!!! Do Better.
Take too long to get power back on after paying.
Worst experience ever dealing with a city i mean who ever is running this place needs fired
The power will randomly go out on a perfectly sunny day ALL the time. I’m so sick of it. You can’t get anything done this way. Figure it out for freak sake!!!
