The care provided for my mother was not done to the best of their ability. They over looked blood clots leading to an amputated foot. After 5 months with monthly ER. Visits a doctor coming in to release the dayshift doctor decided to scan her entire leg down. Her foot turned black after the second month!
I saw Michael Duncan. Nice at first than acted very rude to me because I went to the ER. With my symptoms I did not have a clue what was wrong with me.Dr. Duncan proceeded to tell me this was not a emergency and he had a patient who had fell down stairs and sat in ER for 4 hrs and finally left. I said that’s her problem.The smart remarks was unnecessary. I will never see him again. If he treated me this way I am sure he has done this to other patients.
