I got here at 2:30, which is the next session for swimming, they told us that they were at max capacity, so my 5 year old daughter and I stood there for an hour while I watched six people leave and they still didn’t let us in. Im not going to pay to swim for an hour when it’s not my fault we couldn’t get in there. The girl that Phone did not care whatsoever
Don't trust the sign. On opening day it said first session ended at 2:30. They rang their whistles at 2:00p and asked to leave and repay for session 2.. we have 30 min left on our time. When we walked outside it was changed to 2:10p, which means they still shortened out time. Incredibly upset.
