I started in 2019, it is my second home. I love this place, I have met so many strong lifelong friends by being a member and have increased my strength tremendously.

JD is one of, if not THE subject matter expert in the tri state when it comes to getting stronger, healthier, and better in every way. His knowledge is only rivaled by his caring of his gym members. If you are spending money on a membership, or personal training, you want to make sure your money goes a long way, and at FSC it really does. Top notch people running a top notch gym.
I have been in the strength fundamentals class with my high school age kids for two months. They provide one on one instruction and teach all the movements. Our progress is tracked and we are getting stronger every day. It is a family run gym.There are complete newbies like us and very advanced powerlifters, sports athletes of all kinds.
