this office is awful as the wait time is at least 1 hr or more. Plus, their office staff do not follow up as I have been calling them every other day to check on the status of my mom's medication! They kept telling me it's still pending approval from insurance company and gave me the run around even though I already received an email from insurance company it was approved. The most INCOMPETENT service. They don’t pick up their calls, they don’t follow-up as promised. The doctor is a little bit creepy. Some of their certificates say: “Florence Shum” and some say “Florence Chum”. I’ve gone nearly 2 weeks without medication now. I’m losing stuff, struggling to get through my day, and they still don’t have the basic human decency to so much as RETURN my call. Terrible. Absolute GARBAGE.
Although the staff is friendly the wait time here is absolutely ridiculous. We have been here for an hour and have yet to see the doctor. There is no way that would be ok if it were the other way around. My appointment would’ve been cancelled immediately after 15 mins.
