Called to schedule an appointment to do an EMG test, the person who answered the phone insisted in giving me a FAX number and refused to hear me when for 5 times I told her I DO NOT HAVE A FAX NUMBER, and continue giving me the fax number, then I tell her I do not have a fax for the 11th time and said OHHHHHHH CAN YOU FAX IT? Refused to give me with the office manager, impossible to schedule an appointment, NOT SECURE WITH MY MEDICAL FILES

I have been going to Dr. Shum for a few years . Her staff is very nice and pleasant. They call with a friendly reminder of my upcoming appointments. Dr. Shum helped with my medical condition and I am very grateful. She is very caring and listened to my concerns.

The most INCOMPETENT service. They don’t pick up their calls, they don’t follow-up as promised. The doctor is a little bit creepy. Some of their certificates say: “Florence Shum” and some say “Florence Chum”. I’ve gone nearly 2 weeks without medication now. I’m losing stuff, struggling to get through my day, and they still don’t have the basic human decency to so much as RETURN my call.
