We reside in timmonsville rural area,and had a septic tank back up on us.so being on a fixed income we shopped around for a good price to pump it out (1000 gal. I bought a home that had a messed up septic system. Jason came out, gave suggestions, did work, and has stood behind his work. For being a “crappy” situation, Jason has been fair and made situations better! He is busy, I understand that, so I do not let my impatience dictate his service.
After being given the run around from another company for an entire day (missing work and waiting for a no show), I contacted this company. They got right back to me and said they would try to come out and pump the tank the next day. They came out first thing the next morning and took care of it. I appreciate their help and professionalism. Will recommend and use them again!
