We were traveling in our motorhome and needed airbags replaced. We had the entire kit. However, this business didn’t put on the entire kit as requested. We gave a second chance to make it right and they still didn’t do it correctly. The airbags still leaked. They took advantage of us and lied to us. We got stuck paying the full bill and ended up fixing their incompetent work ourselves and because of doing it ourselves the credit card company feels this business has proven their case. While they were very friendly and informative they did not fix the drain plug on the water heater. We told them it had sprung a leak despite having Tyvek tape. Before we brought it in my husband removed the Tyvek tape but the plug was not replaced and they simply put Tyvek tape on the old plug. Needless to say it still leaked. We asked for the plug to be replaced and it was not
We had some rather sudden tire/brake and bearing issues ( smoking as we went down the highway in the pouring rain). We called Triple A and they referred this shop our way. This young fellow is amazing. He not only got the parts and had us up and running the very next day, but he explained how we can avoid this issue in the future. We came into town missing a roof vent, of course raining. The next morning we got to the shop right after opening at 8AM. They had a couple things to take care of but got right on our job fixing the vent cover and telling us we had a second bad one that we had them replace. In less then a hour we had two new covers, propane topped off, and they alerted us to a small tear in the roof which they sold us the needed product to repair. All for $100.
