What I think about Florence pre-housing is he lies about stuff he doesn't tell you everything and I will not recommend anybody to go to him he charged me almost $17,000 for a 99 Fleetwood and on my paperwork it shows that the air conditioner comes with that but he's telling us that it doesn't and the duck work so I recommend nobody goes to him
We love Ken at Florence Pre-Owned housing! We bought a small double wide from him about 5-6 years ago as is and we loved it. It was perfect for our needs at the time. Our family grew and we needed to upsize. We went right back to Ken and got a much larger double wide that was remodeled. We searched around, but for the work that his men put into the homes and the new items you get, his prices can not be beat! We have been in our new home since May and we love it. We have sent friends to him for homes as well. Thank you Ken!
