Absolutely the best pharmacy I've ever used. Craig and his staff have gone above and beyond what any of the chain pharmacies ever did for me as far as insurance and approvals and taking the time to talk to me about my medicine. Then, after losing my insurance, they have helped keep my medicines as affordable as possible. It's hard to find people who really care about you and your family like these guys. It's nice to walk in a business where they say hello and notice you when you walk in the door. I really love this pharmacy and I will never go to another big chain pharmacy again. They really care about every customer and they beat anyone's prices. They tell you all about your medicines and what to expect and have told me things about medicines that no one ever did - like not taking antacids with an antibiotic I was on. I recommend them highly.
Florence Pharmacy really made us feel special. They really take care of their customers by going over your list of medications! Our child has spent a lot of time in the hospital and has to take many medications. All of the medications have to be in liquid form (compounded) because our child is not old enough to swallow pills. The pharmacists at Florence Pharmacy can compound medications and even add flavoring to them! Friendly staff wanting to help! We will definitely be returning.
