I was gaslit and ignored by several dentists for over 8 yrs about 1 problematic molar i wanted removed. Being told over and over that there was nothing wrong with it, even after having consistant infections, was told that my gums or tooth was just overly sensitive, and they had me waste so much money on unnecessary procedures that only caused temporary relief. i had all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted here at the young age of 14, very pleasant experience and everything went well, no complaints, friendly staff, and overall good care. but, to no reflection of my experience with this office, which was phenomenal, this is the first time that i have come on google and looked at the reviews after 8 years later. i must say, a vast majority of the reviews are great, but to whoever is running the response system to the reviews, you should truly be ashamed of how you’re responding to the bad... read more
While I feel like this is a good dentist office, I think it should be noted to make sure that the claim is made with your insurance company in a timely manner. I Had a xray/consultation on June 10th and had to pay $166 even with in network insurance. I thought that was high and when I asked if my insurance paid for any of it, I was told they only paid $20 which didn't sound right but no need to debate it now but my visit was all good with kind staff.
