Loved my nail design, Lily did such a great job! The ladies here are very lovely and kind, definitely highly recommended! I would definitely come back here again! Price is very affordable too!
I had the most amazing experience at Florence Nails and Spa. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. My nail tech, Lily, was absolutely phenomenal. Absolutely amazing! The staff are beautiful, kind, and so friendly. They take the time to talk with you and make sure you get exactly what you want. I had the best experience ever and walked away 100% satisfied. Highly recommend!
I recently came in to get my nails done. While the nails themselves turned out fine, I found the experience quite uncomfortable. The technician was very rough with my hands, gripping my fingers tightly and frequently telling me to relax — but it was hard to do so when my fingers were being pulled and handled so firmly. I also asked for the initial “J” to be included, but as you can see in the photo, it has been done the wrong way around.
We had a really lovely, relaxing pedicure. This is the first I've had in this country that matches the service and quality that I get back home. Very friendly staff who made us feel relaxed and pampered plus a great selectionof colours!. This makes a great mother and daughter or 'just because' experience! Highly recommend
