This was not a relaxing experience. The man who started my pedicure seemed angry, frustrated and his patience was thin. He walked off and told me someone else would service me; however, he was upset with the other lady who worked there which they were having a disagreement. Very unprofessional and horrible service! Most definitely will not be returning.
The lady who did my fill in for my nails yesterday was so polite, professional and she did a great job. She fixed a few issues and nails that were uneven from the place I usually go to. Florence Nails is where I will keep going for my nails and pedicures.
Opened at 11 am on Sunday. First one in. Very professional and did my lashes just how I asked.
I showed Lisa a picture of my nails and she matched it perfect! The prices aren’t too expensive compared to most places in Florence. I will definitely be going back this is my number one place right now for sure. 10/10 experience everyone was so nice too. Lisa also really cared about the health of my nails and making sure everything was perfect. Love her.
