I visited to rent one of their e-bikes. They were very friendly and helpful. I had a great time riding in the park. I’ll definitely be back.
This state-of-the-art visitors center should be the first stop for your Shoals area experience as it provides all the information you need for a fabulous time! Additionally there are music exhibits, history of the region, clean bathrooms! and helpful staff, especially Linda! She was wonderful! Ms Jones was a very informative and friendly staff member. I'm a DJ she told me all about the music history and city history. Very nice
We had a fabulous day in Florence thanks to the Florence-Lauderdale Convention & Visitors Bureau. We had the privilege of interacting with Will, who gave us a great first impression of Florence. He was friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, and very enthusiastic. We were able to rent the e-bikes and rode around the trails in McFarland Park.
