I purchased a home in May/2019. After a month and a half with no cable, tv 911 service or internet, my legal rep contacted Maronda corporate office and within 48 hrs the service was connected to the community. During that time, Maronda stated it was not their problem, and that they couldn't help. They advised the cable company was a 3rd party vendor. We purchased our home December of 2019 for a little over $300K. The house had several discrepancies from day 1 of closing. No items that I pointed out during the home inspection (ten days prior to closing) were addressed except for the crooked doorbell. To begin, the showers did not have adequate water pressure or hot water. Taking cold showers are not fun especially when you have a house full of guests.
