Saw her for about 5 years. She seemed caring, knowledgeable but the past 2 yrs especially she seemed VERY much disengaged, uncaring, VERY hard to reach and as if I was bothering her. I left her practice after desperately trying to speak with her for over a week. Her nurse lied to me about why she couldn't speak with me... something like she was too busy. Who needs a doctor like this?!!!!
If you need medication refills, DO NOT use this doctor! Incompetent, unreliable, unprofessional to be said nicely.. You will be dead before you have them filled if they are emergent. Every month I have to call about 10 times before I finally get my medication sent to the pharmacy and this past month it never got sent at all!! I officially left this doctor and Crystal Run…Terrible!
She is a great and knowledgeable Doctor. She gets right the point. She is running exams know one else has asked me to do before. I feel confident with her.
