Had to make a trip today to be seen. I had Nurse Tannea (sorry if I misspelled), Nurse Jessica Collins, Dr Bart, and Jared from CT. All were extremely helpful, patient, friendly, and kept us laughing despite my reason for being in there. Nurse Jessica masted my IV in seconds, which normally I’m an extremely hard stick. My father came in March 7, for what we think was a UTI. My dad got a catheter put in him and from that day. My dad would not stop bleeding and on top of that hug massive blood clots. Kept coming out of him. We took him in and out of Banner hospital and then ends up in hospices and pass away. I have callEd and left a message to the complaint department, which never called me back.
On February 15th we needed emergency service. Nurse Jessica Collins took excellent care of my husband. She very carefully explained everything that was happening. Doctor Burton was also very efficient and did everything in a timely manner. If you need emergency service, go to Florence Emergency Hospital. Bonnie Harris
Okay, so I've gone here three times now, twice around midnight and once during the day. All three times, the staff is incredible. I get seen within minutes of me being there (at night mind you). This trip was insane amounts of dental pain. They saw me in right away, did what I needed, and had me out the door in two hours at most. The doctor and nurses on staff were amazing. The place is always clean. I don't think I've ever found a place where I'm actually happy to go to.
Outstanding service 👍. Ed and Karla were soo kind and efficient at the front desk. Peter, Allyson were the best nurses taking care of my daughter stat! And doctor Burton had great bed side manner and took excellent care of her as well 🙏 Kerri finished up with registration and she had me out of there in no time. These people care about people and it shows 🤗thank you for your help and fantastic health care services! Very grateful for you all
