Unprofessional and rude. Front desk hung up on me. No care or concern, no bye, just hung up.
Was seen today at Florence er , was very clean and the staff was every nice I wish I was better at names I'd give them a shout out but my male nurse , my ekg specialist, CT scan tech front desk ladies and doctor Cortes were so great , probably the best er visit iv had ! Ty for being kind , communicative every step of the way and understanding . I felt comfortable and that goes a long way when putting your care in the hands of others .
Decent care from a few doctors but overall a pretty bad experience the last few times I’ve been here I get that they deal with patients all day everyday but damn they lack empathy
Super Polite, friendly, and provided excellent care for me in my time of need!! I literally didn't even have time to take a seat in the waiting room before I was being called back! So fast!
