Dr Faucauld is a great human unfortunately she hired a new staff that has dropped the ball, I needed a referral for an MRI and instead of her staff admitting they had no clue on qhat they are doing they simply ignored calls from Florida Blue, the MRI office and myself, they screen calls and will not pick up the phone and they also erase mesages left for the doctor, Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this business your health is not their priority.

Dr. Florence is a good Physician but her office staff are horrible. Honestly I am aware that the medical field is a business but it was shown to clearly. Dr. Florence is either behind with patients or last minute call outs. Office never responds to calls, very unprofessional, and talk about the physician and her business in front of patients in their language which is Haitian Creole in which I understood. Is hard to get her to called or respond to refills and her office personnel finally replied to the pharmacy with a wrong dated of birth. She was 2 hrs late the first time we met her. Is sad I was expecting better results dealing with that office

She's one of the best doctors in South Florida. She's dedicated to her patients and she leaves no stone unturned, medically speaking. Her staff are the best there is. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else for medical care.
