Will not certify their own documents. My daughter went here to get a full copy of her vaccination records, and to have a college form filled out confirming certain vaccines had been received. The nurse gave her 2 vaccines while she was there, but the nurse, Tamara Lampley, wouldn’t sign her form for college. Her excuse: “Because changes could be made to it after she signed it.” The form has to match the actual vaccine record that she’s turning in! It’s idiotic.
