Absolutely the worst emergency service I have seen in my life! I was dropping my mother off around 5:00 this morning to dialysis at DaVita on Pamplico highway. Another lady who was exiting her vehicle for treatment accidentally fell and hit her head on the pavement. She was totally dazed and profusely began bleeding from her head. We immediately called the ambulance as we kept her sitting up and they literally took roughly 30 minutes to arrive! Note the distance from the EMS location to the center is just over 2 miles!
