Should be shut down for their crimes against humanity. Clearly just another operation to turn humans into lab rats. Disgusting facility and awful staff who are just puppets in the system. They lack empathy and intentionally cause more psychological harm to their “patients”.
the receptionists are nice and polite, i also see my psychiatrist here and she’s amazing but all of the case managers/counselors here are rude and not helpful one bit.
My brother was in the middle of a mental health crisis and was in their care for 24 hours before they decided he was ok, however they had to heavily sedate him before he was able to be transported to my grandparents house. When he finally came to he was arrested for acting out and taken to jail which only has made his condition worse and he has been charged with more crimes because he's unable to process his surroundings and his situation. The staff was so helpful polite, compassionate with my son. They really made efforts to help him get the right treatment, and communicated so well with me. I especially appreciated Sara.
