Do NOT use Florence Carpet and tile!!! They continuously misled me and outright lied for 4 months waiting on my $7000 carpet and tile order! When I finally canceled it, they told me I would have a refund by the next Monday...I didn't! Then the next Monday when I called for the 5th time to see why my check still had not arrived, they told me my carpet was in!! After 4 1/2 months, my installer was no longer available! Florence Carpet and Tile installed our cabinets 14 months ago. They have ordered our cabinet doors 6 times and have not gotten them right. They are always the wrong size. This company has been paid in full for some time. Now the owners Walt Parker and John Curl will not respond to texts or emails and haven’t attempted to contact us.
